The Lowlander was a bus made by Albion between 1961 and 1966.

This was Albion's last double-deck bus and was announced in 1961. It was introduced to meet the requirements of the Scottish Bus Group and was intended to be a lowheight equivalent of the Leyland Titan. All Lowlanders had a drop-centre rear axle and a 18ft 6in wheelbase.

Four models were listed, the LR1 which had a pneumocyclic gearbox and the LR3 which had a synchromesh gearbox. The LR5 and LR7 were equivalents to the LR1 and LR3 except they had air suspension on the rear axle.

The Lowlander was fitted with the Leyland 0.600 9.8 litre engine and was marketed as a Leyland in England.

The last Lowlanders entered service in 1966.
