The Devin-D was a model introduced in 1959 as a way to try to gain more sales.

The wheelbase used was the Volkswagen 2083mm and fitted with a rear-mounted air-cooled four-cylinder boxer engine from either Volkswagen or Porsche. The Volkswagen engine had a capacity of 1191cc and produced ​​36bhp (26.5 kW) at 3700rpm, the Porsche engine had a capacity of 1586cc and produced 70bhp (51 kW) at 4500rpm.

The selling price of the version with Volkswagen engine was $2950. Only 46 cars were sold during the Devin-D's production run.
