The Devin Panhard was a kit car built from 1954.
Devin modified a Panhard Dyna Z the two-cylinder boxer engine with a 851cc displacement by adding modified cylinder heads of the Manx Norton. The two overhead camshafts were belt driven.
About 12 cars were built being sold for $995 in kit form or $2850 as a complete car.
The competition car won the championship of the 1956 Sports Car Club of America (SCCA).
A handful of these cars still race.
