The Shadow DN3 was a sports car manufactured in 1974. The car was built for Formula 1 car racing, it was designed by Tony Southgate, Dave Wass and developed by Shadow.

It made its debut on France Grand Prix, in 1974, by replacing the Shadow DN1. It got replaced by Shadow DN5.
